STEP UP FOR STUDENTS/PEP SEMINAR PRESENTATION MATERIALS

Information for providers and invoicing is here: https://youtu.be/16fUdoY-SgM?si=rL8yZgyeqGmlDvFo

1.Providers need to only bill for small increments because if there is less than in a parent's account, they cannot bill for it. So if a provider needs to charge $4000 for the year, they should put their service agreements maybe monthly instead of annually because otherwise the provider cannot be paid until they have $4000 in their account.

2. If a parent uses non approved providers, they must upload supporting documents. For example, the provider's tax information, proof of the teacher's credentials etc. need to be submitted reimbursed). If the provider is approved by SUFS then the parent won't have to get those documents.

3. The year starts on July 1 for all scholarship programs.

4. FLVS courses are covered with the scholarship. The parent needs to select the option to pay for courses with state funds. Their scholarship funds will be used to cover the courses.

5. If you have questions, feel free to ask them through this link given to us by our guest: Submit your questions to Step Up
