Note special instructions for Parents of Multiple Students
NOTE: If you had an 8th grader with us LAST year, they need their own Freshman account this year and need to go to the NEW member page to create one. They need a different email from the parent. Be sure to sign out if you are creating it for them.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Log in, then top right hand corner click blue “person” box, then click View Profile
- Under your photo - Membership level - click "CHANGE" to switch your level
-IF YOU ARE STAYING THE SAME LEVEL CLICK THE RENEW BUTTON INSTEAD and proceed from there (if staying a parent of multiple students or student repeating same grade)
-NOTE THERE ARE NEW THINGS TO READ AND AGREE TO THIS YEAR, SO IF THOSE ARE ALREADY CHECKED FOR YOU BY MISTAKE, PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THEM - Select the correct NEW level for 2026-2027 school year (more than one student? Select the correct Parent of Multiple Students level)
- Next - update your account details and answer new questions
- Put oldest to youngest student please
- Next - pay either online with credit card, or select "Invoice Me" to receive an email to pay with PayPal, check or payment plans (contact us to discuss info@capittampa.com)
- Review "Action Required" email to complete your updating process. Give the system up to 24 hours to recognize the changes you have made to reactivate you membership.
