ABOUT US
CAP IT Tampa was founded in 2020 by veteran homeschool moms. We are dedicated to providing resources, events, and graduation for homeschool families in Tampa Bay. 

CAP IT Tampa is a 501C-3 organization led by six Board of Directors, our Executive Director, and the amazing volunteers who give up their time for our students.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Our Christian faith is at the foundation of who we are as an organization. We desire to be examples of God’s love as we serve the homeschool community in Tampa Bay. To become members of CAP IT Tampa you do not have to share our beliefs, but we ask that they be respected as you participate in what we do.


MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

CAP IT Tampa is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful environment that reflects the highest standards of our community and society. All students, parents, and others attending our sponsored events are expected to conduct themselves in a considerate and respectful manner and support a safe and respectful environment. Committee members and volunteers must receive the respect their positions demand if they are to effectively perform their duties.

Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, drugs, weapons, knives, offensive language, cursing, rowdiness, fighting, bullying, and disrespectful or intimidating conduct directed toward any student, committee member, parent volunteer, or other volunteers will not be tolerated. Any such conduct by any participant will result in an immediate request to leave the function. A repeat offense will result in the removal of the student from CAP IT Tampa with no refund.
