Waiver info for NON-MEMBERS ONLY: UNLESS you attended Homecoming 2023 and signed one already, a waiver must be signed by parent and student to attend Prom.

An invitation to sign waiver will be emailed to parent and attendee after registration.

(MEMBERS HAVE ALREADY SIGNED WAIVERS WITH THEIR CAP IT MEMBERSHIP)

PURCHASING A TICKET MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO THE DRESS
