NON-MEMBERS ONLY: A waiver must be signed by parent and student to attend prom.

**Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable only up to 15 days prior to event through CAP IT Tampa Administration only** 

*Heavy appetizers will be served for dinner
*Seniors and Juniors only
*If you are inviting a date who is younger than 11th grade or already graduated, please email us for approval.
