8th Grade Promotion Ceremony & Reception

  • Only 8th-grade student members can purchase.

    Fee covers:
    - Hors d'oeuvre/dessert reception for your family

  • You don't have to be a member of CAP IT to participate in this event.

Please read participation requirements and important info below.


Participation Requirements:

  • REGISTRATION EXTENDED UNTIL APRIL 30
  • Submit 3 photos of your student (birth/toddler, 8-10ish, current):
    - jpg or png format only, full size
    - student only (no others in photo)
    - no super close-up or far away photos, please 
  • Submit a 60-70 word student bio (describing their personality, accomplishments, hobbies, etc.)
  • Use the Google link provided to upload student photos and bio: HERE
  • Follow the Dress Code: HERE

Please note: This is not a cap and gown ceremony. 

  • There will be an hors d'oeuvre/dessert reception for students, family, and friends following the ceremony.  
  • No tickets are needed for the event - invite your family and friends!
  • More specific event details will be emailed to participants late-April, early May.
