8th Grade Promotion Ceremony & Reception

SEE IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS BELOW!

  • Dress Code for students: HERE
  • Students must arrive at the Church at Odessa (1234 Gunn Hwy, Odessa) at 6:15pm (doors will not open until then, so please do not arrive earlier). 
  • Upon arrival, students can head to the sanctuary and parents, please wait in the reception hall. We will use this time to get the students prepped and ready for their big day! 
  • At 6:45, we will open the doors to the sanctuary so that you and your family/friends can find seats. 
  • The ceremony will start at 7:00 and last approximately one hour. 
  • Afterwards, the reception hall will be open and we will have appetizers, desserts, and drinks for you to enjoy. 

Please note: This is not a cap and gown ceremony. 

  • There will be an hors d'oeuvre/dessert reception for students, family, and friends following the ceremony.  
  • No tickets are needed for the event - invite your family and friends!
